Inject melted plastic into the mold cavity until cooling is complete, then open the mold and pull out the product. The opening process is also divided into three stages. The first stage is to slowly open to prevent the product from tearing in the mold. The second stage is to open quickly and shorten the opening time. The third stage reduces the impact and vibration caused by open inertia through slow opening.
2、 Injection molding machine mold closing control:
Clamp is a huge mechanical force that tightens the mold, preventing the melted plastic from high-pressure injection and charging the mold during the injection molding process, thus creating a huge opening force for the mold.
After closing the safety door, each travel switch sends a signal, and the clamping action immediately begins. Firstly, move the template at a slower speed and move forward a short distance. Then, press the previously slower switch to separate the lever pressure block and quickly rotate the movable plate forward. When approaching the end of the fixture, the pressure rod on the other end of the lever pressed a slow switch, causing the movable plate to slowly rotate again and move forward at low pressure.
During the low-pressure clamping process, if there are no obstacles between the molds, the high-pressure switch can be used to gently close them. Rotating the high-pressure switch will straighten the machine hinge and complete the clamping action. This distance is very short, usually only 0.3~1.0 millimeters. When the high voltage is turned, the clamping end limit switch is reached, and the action stops, ending the mold closing process.
The clamping structure of the machine is fully hydraulic and machine connected. Regardless of the structural type, the connecting rod will eventually be fully extended to implement joint main force. The process of extending the connecting rod is the process of opening the movable plate and tail plate, and the process of increasing the force on the four levers.
